Do I need a Paypal account to buy from this store? Nope! You may use your Visa, Master Card, American Express, or Discover Card through Paypal without having a Paypal account. At Checkout, you will see this option.
How long will it take for my order to ship? All orders are processed and shipped within 1 or 2 business days, after payment has been accepted. All items are shipped via USPS PRIORITY MAIL, which usually delivers within 3 days of shipping. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR ADDRESS IS WRITTEN CORRECTLY! Packages lost due to customer incorrect input will not be refunded or replaced.
Do you have a brick-and-mortar store I can go into and try on the clothes? No, well, at least not yet! But we will do Tailgate Runway Pop-Up Shops. RETURNS
I'm not happy with my clothes order! May I return it? Aww, that sucks! But yes, you may return your clothing order for a refund (excluding shipping) within 30 days from the date of purchase (not the shipping date). What about accessories? All accessories (Jewelry, Head Pieces, Scarfs, Belts, etc.) are final sale. They are NOT eligible for return or exchange.
A note on Handmade Accessories: All handmade items are made with care and in limited quantities. Great detail is put into creating, packaging and sending these items. Due to the nature of the handmade process, there might be minor differences from one item to another, but these are not to be seen as imperfections- it's what makes hand crated items unique! Nothing will be shipped without double checking for good quality.
Conditions for Returns: (1) All returned clothing MUST have their individual return bands intact. The return band is the pink band attached to clothing that reads "This item cannot be returned if band is taken off" (2) All returned clothing MUST be free of perfumes, deodorant/make-up stains, pet hair and cigarette smoke/bodily odors (3) Returns MUST shipped within 30 days of original purchase date, the return package must be postmarked and received within the 30-day deadline. All three conditions MUST be met or the refund/exchange will not be processed and the clothing will be sent back at the customer's expense.
Basically, make sure you, carefully, try on and like the item before cutting off the return band!
Steps for Returns:
(1) Make sure items are in line with the Return Conditions!
(2) Include your Receipt with your returning items. In your Return Slip, check the corresponding box, whether you would like to return for REFUND or EXCHANGE . Refunds: All refunds transactions are done via PayPal. The refund will be issued to the PayPal account or Credit Card used to make the purchase.If you paid with your debit card or credit card, your payment is refunded to that card. Refunds may take up to 30 days to appear on your statement. If you paid with your bank account or PayPal balance, your payment is refunded to your PayPal balance. Exchanges: If exchanging, please email us the style or size you need. Due to the limited quantities per style sold, inventory in the particular style, size or color you want is not guaranteed. If the particular item you'd like is not available, you will receive a refund. If the item you would like to exchange cost less than the returned item, you will receive an online shopping credit code. If the item you would like to exchange costs more than the returned item, you will be charged the difference.
(3) Mail your return package to the address provided. Please note your tracking number for reference in case your return package gets lost or delayed past the 30 day deadline. Tailgate Runway is not responsible for your lost or delayed return package.
(4) Once we receive your return package, we will notify you via e-mail about your refund/exchange/credit process.
